Step Aerobics

Well today my goal was to make it to 5,000 steps. I did 25 minutes of step aerobics in the morning, then another 25 minutes of step aerobics in the afternoon, ending with 10 minutes of aerobics at night. I made my 5,000 step goal. It was however a lot of work....My goal now is to keep up the aerobics on my wii fit and keep 5,000 steps for this whole week. Wish me luck!!
