Different eating habbits

Well as I go through this struggle I have realized my eating habbits are changing on it's owns. I mean, I still need to add in fruits, and veggies, but I don't like McDonalds anymore (i'll stop and get maybe a cheese burger once in a great while) I don't eat as much as I used to. I am just hardly in the mood to eat as much as I used to eat. I go to the store and don't come out with cookies or snacks, and if I decide to get something for my girls that I know I wont be able to resit, I actually do resit. Or I eat maybe one or two. I've been able to say no to junk. I have had a craving for brownies though, but I don't want to go back to my old self. I am getting compliments on my body now. People I haven't seen for months are telling me I look good and they can tell I have lost weight. I need to keep this good feeling going and keep losing. :-) Today is a good day.

Step Aerobics

Well today my goal was to make it to 5,000 steps. I did 25 minutes of step aerobics in the morning, then another 25 minutes of step aerobics in the afternoon, ending with 10 minutes of aerobics at night. I made my 5,000 step goal. It was however a lot of work....My goal now is to keep up the aerobics on my wii fit and keep 5,000 steps for this whole week. Wish me luck!!

To get to Disneyland

Here is the embarrassing thing about me. I am at least 100 lbs over weight. My sister and I have a pact that if we can both be at healthy weights by my 30th (her 40th) bday in April of 2015 then we will take a vegas trip. So in this blog is going to be my struggles and accomplishments of my weight loss...ending with the vegas trip pictures and adventures.

Starting Weight: 265 lbs
BMI: 30.2
Healthy Weight 120

My first goal is to get to 260. I also want to get up to 5,000 steps a day. I have the flex bracelet for www.fitbit.com which measures your steps and they want me to do 10,000 but I need to start smaller.
