My goal is to be a healthy weight by the time I reach the age of 30. If both my sister and I reach our goal, then we will take a trip to disneyland together. But we both have to reach our goal in order to make it.

Different eating habbits
Well as I go through this struggle I have realized my eating habbits are changing on it's owns. I mean, I still need to add in fruits, and veggies, but I don't like McDonalds anymore (i'll stop and get maybe a cheese burger once in a great while) I don't eat as much as I used to. I am just hardly in the mood to eat as much as I used to eat. I go to the store and don't come out with cookies or snacks, and if I decide to get something for my girls that I know I wont be able to resit, I actually do resit. Or I eat maybe one or two. I've been able to say no to junk. I have had a craving for brownies though, but I don't want to go back to my old self. I am getting compliments on my body now. People I haven't seen for months are telling me I look good and they can tell I have lost weight. I need to keep this good feeling going and keep losing. :-) Today is a good day.
